What a wonderful experience, not just once but twice. I am a repeat customer and couldn't be more pleased. Mark and crew are absolutely all about customer service. No high pressure sales tactics no talking down or manspaining. Even got my title back in only 2 days... after my dog ate it before I could get to the registry. I would recommend to anyone who appreciates old fashioned customer service and courtesy.

I have not been to Higgins for quite some time and last time I felt the parts service was average and seemed less than helpful. That being said, recently, I found myself having to go back into Higgins and was highly impressed how professional and helpful Vincent Nuzzolilli was. He went above and beyond finding me what I need, he took his time and seemed happy to help out.

We had Craig as our salesman and he was absolutely awesome. We were looking at purchasing a brand new Victory Magnum and Craig took the time to really make sure we were comfortable with our decision. The buying process was simple and the service department did an impeccable job prepping our new bike. The bike had one minor issue with a faulty parking light, which the service team immediately addressed right then and there. We felt our needs were met and then some. Josh in the parts department was also a great help while reviewing exhaust options and accessories. Jen in finance crunched numbers for days to get us the rate we were looking for in order to make this all happen for us. All around excellent experience. Just stopped by to get some chain case oil, ended up buying a new sled. Prices were the best around that I had seen at that time.most were way under manufactures list price $2200 in my case.

These people are so friendly and no pressure sales people are awesome. They have an excellent setup and shop. If you are going to make a purchase in central MA, it is worth the trip out to Barre. Great scenery and food out that way too.
